Remember, this Friday is Knox County Mayor Tim Burchett’s 9th Annual Senior Appreciation Picnic. You still have time to get your free T shirt from one of Knox County Senior Centers to wear to the picnic! These shirts are provided for 600 seniors from Independent Insurance Consultants, the Platinum Plus Sponsor. In addition to free t-shirts, the picnic will include: Free barbecue, ice cream, the Chillbillies & Syndey Stinnett, the Independent Insurance Consultants photo booth, Knoxville Zoo, PAWS, Young Williams, STAR, and 2 huge vendor tents with tons of senior services information & giveaways!
