John J. Duncan Sr. Award for Senior Advocacy

Independent Insurance Consultants is honored, to be the ‘Red Ribbon Sponsor’ for the The Duncan Award for Senior Advocacy, named in memory of U.S. Rep. John J. Duncan Sr. These awards honor those who uphold the same support and advocacy of seniors and programs for seniors as the late congressman did in the 2nd District. This marks the 14th anniversary of an event that benefits the Office on Aging’s Senior Citizens Information & Referral Service (SCIRS). The 2015 honorees are: James “Del” Holley (professional); and William “Bill” Schall (community).
This event will be on May 7th from 4:00- 6:00 PM at The Pavilion at Hunter Valley Farm. The John J. Duncan Sr. awards is open to the public and will benefit the Knoxville Office on Aging Senior Citizens Information & Referral Service (SCIRS).
