INDEPENDENT INSURANCE CONSULTANTS SPONSORS GAME ON AGAINST CANCER
For the second year, Independent Insurance Consultants is sponsoring Game On Against Cancer. This event benefits patients and families in need at Thompson Cancer Survival Center.
Challenge a local celebrity to a game of table tennis, billiards, air hockey, darts, shuffleboard, corn hole or black jack! Or, just play a game with your friends. The home theatre room will be open with live music for your enjoyment, too. The evening will also feature a silent auction and plenty of food and drink. Proceeds from this event will support The Thompson Cares Fund provides financial assistance for patients who are in crisis and need help to meet the expenses of basic necessities like housing, transportation, medical supplies and medication. In 2012, over $65,000 in aid was provided through the fund.
