Attention VeteransThe Tennessee Veterans Business Association presents the 3rd Annual Veteran Career Expo; Featuring Business and Education Showcase on Tuesday, January 29th from 10:00am to 3:30pm at the Knoxville Convention Center.
This one-of-a kind high energy event is not your typical job fair. This event brings together local companies that are ready to hire veterans. There will be over 150 exhibitors such as: Pilot Flying J, Brunswick Boat Group, Sysco, FBI, Ed Financial, Capital Financial, Harrison Construction, Oak Ridge National Lab, Dollar General, CVS, Bryan College, King College, Regions, Woodman of the World, Staffing Agencies, TN Valley Authority, Government Contractors, and many more.
This expo also brings together colleges and universities to assist veterans in furthering their educational careers. We also offer business start-up assistance by having experts on hand to answer questions and provide support. There will be breakout sessions that cover topics such as job search tips, business start-up tips, and the GI Bill. There will also be veteran based non-profit organizations to help veterans with any additional needs.
